API and Data Usage
Cuan Insight uses authorized platform data and user-provided data to provide marketing dashboards, analytics, reports, and performance insights.
Supported or planned data sources may include:
- TikTok Business API
- Meta Marketing API
- Shopee seller or marketplace performance data
- CSV/manual uploads
- Other advertising and sales channels
General Data Usage Principles
- Users must authorize third-party account access before data is retrieved.
- Users may upload data manually where direct integration is unavailable.
- Data is used only inside the user's own workspace.
- Data is used for dashboards, reports, analytics, and performance insights.
- Cuan Insight does not sell user data.
- Cuan Insight does not use platform data for unauthorized purposes.
- Users may request deletion of stored data.
- Users may revoke third-party access where supported.
API usage is limited to legitimate business reporting and analytics purposes.
