Cuan Insight provides tools for organizing, analyzing, and reporting advertising and sales performance data from digital channels and marketplace platforms.
The service may include dashboards, reports, workspace management, CSV uploads, third-party platform integrations, AI-assisted insights, and related analytics features.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Users must provide accurate information and keep account information up to date.
3. Authorized Use
Users may use Cuan Insight only for lawful business, reporting, analytics, and marketing performance review purposes.
Users must not:
- Access data they are not authorized to use
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Interfere with the operation of the service
- Misuse data from third-party platforms
- Violate the terms or policies of TikTok, Meta, Shopee, or any other connected platform
4. Third-Party Platforms
Cuan Insight may allow users to connect, upload, or process data from third-party platforms such as TikTok Business, Meta, Shopee, and others.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right and authority to connect or upload such data.
Cuan Insight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by TikTok, Meta, Shopee, or other third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
Third-party platform data is subject to the terms, policies, and permissions of the relevant platform.
5. Data Usage
Cuan Insight uses connected or uploaded data only to provide dashboards, analytics, reports, and related service features.
Cuan Insight does not sell user data.

6. AI-Assisted Insights
Cuan Insight may provide AI-assisted summaries or insights based on user data.
AI-generated insights are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes, financial advice, legal advice, or professional business advice.
Users remain responsible for their own marketing, advertising, and business decisions.
7. No Guarantee of Advertising Results
Cuan Insight provides reporting and analytics tools. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, sales, revenue, ROAS, profit, or business outcomes.
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including product, offer, pricing, creative quality, competition, platform algorithms, budget, seasonality, and user execution.
8. Subscription and Payment
Some features may require a paid subscription or paid access.
Pricing, billing terms, renewal rules, cancellation terms, and refund policies may be displayed on the pricing page, checkout page, invoice, or other official communication.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party platform issues, or events beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cuan Insight and PT Bersama Cuan Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or engage in unlawful activity.
Users may stop using the service at any time and may request data deletion according to the Privacy Policy.
