Cuan Insight is a marketing analytics and reporting platform that helps users organize, analyze, and report advertising and sales performance data from digital channels and marketplace platforms.

Cuan Insight is operated by PT Bersama Cuan Digital in Indonesia. By using Cuan Insight, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

a. Account Information

This may include name, email address, business name, store or brand name, workspace information, and other information provided when creating or using an account.

b. Service Usage Data

This may include login activity, feature usage, upload history, dashboard preferences, reports created, workspace activity, and interactions within the application.

c. Technical Data

This may include IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, access time, error logs, and other technical information needed for security, debugging, analytics, and service improvement.

d. Advertising and Marketing Performance Data

If a user connects or uploads data from third-party platforms such as TikTok Business, Meta, Shopee, or other platforms, Cuan Insight may process data such as campaigns, ad groups, ad sets, ads, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, product performance, and other available performance metrics.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate Cuan Insight
  • Manage user accounts, workspaces, and access
  • Display dashboards, reports, and marketing analytics
  • Process uploaded or connected platform data
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve product quality, reliability, and security
  • Send important account, service, or policy communications
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Use of TikTok Business API Data

Cuan Insight uses TikTok Business API data only to help authorized users connect their own TikTok Business or advertising accounts, retrieve campaign performance data, display analytics dashboards, and generate marketing reports inside their workspace.

TikTok data may include campaign performance, ad group performance, ad performance, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other metrics made available through authorized access.

Cuan Insight does not sell TikTok data, does not use TikTok data for unauthorized purposes, and does not share TikTok data with unrelated third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or with user authorization.

4. Use of Meta API Data

Cuan Insight may use Meta API, Meta Marketing API, Facebook Login, or Meta advertising data only when authorized by the user.

This may include data from Meta Ads accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and related performance metrics.

Meta data is used only to provide dashboards, reporting, analytics, and performance insights for the authorized user's own workspace.

Cuan Insight does not sell Meta data and does not use Meta data for unauthorized purposes.

5. Use of Shopee Data

Cuan Insight may process Shopee-related data provided by users through upload, manual input, or supported integration workflows.

This may include store performance, product performance, sales data, advertising data, order-level summaries, and marketplace-related metrics.

Shopee data is used only to provide reporting, analytics, and business performance insights for the user's own workspace.

6. Third-Party Account Authorization

When users connect third-party accounts such as TikTok Business, Meta, Shopee, or other supported platforms, access is performed only after the user grants authorization through the official authorization mechanism or provides data directly through upload.

Users may revoke third-party access through Cuan Insight settings or through the relevant third-party platform settings.

After access is revoked, Cuan Insight will not retrieve new data from that account. Historical data already stored may be deleted upon user request, unless retention is required for legal, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited data with:

  • Cloud infrastructure, database, hosting, email, analytics, security, or technical service providers
  • Payment service providers, if a user purchases a paid plan
  • Legal authorities, if required by applicable law
  • Other parties with the user's explicit consent

Service providers may only process data as necessary to provide services to Cuan Insight and are not permitted to use the data for unrelated purposes.

8. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including access control, authentication, secure connections where supported, internal access restrictions, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting user data using reasonable safeguards.

9. Data Retention

We retain user data as long as the account is active or as long as necessary to provide the service.

Users may request deletion of their data. After receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the data in accordance with applicable law, unless certain data must be retained for legal, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or administrative purposes.

10. User Rights

Users may request to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete their data
  • Revoke third-party account access
  • Restrict certain processing activities
  • Ask questions or submit privacy complaints

User data may be processed using service providers located in Indonesia or other countries depending on the infrastructure used by Cuan Insight.

By using the service, users understand that data may be processed outside their country of residence, while still being protected through reasonable safeguards.

13. Children's Privacy

Cuan Insight is not intended for children under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we become aware that data from a child has been collected without proper consent, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest updated date.
